Meet Our Management Team

Jay Bronner, MD, MBA - CEO
Dr. Bronner, (Jay), attended Amherst College and was accepted to Johns Hopkins Medical School after his sophomore year. He completed both his BA in French and Biology as well as his medical degree there. He left Baltimore and completed an internship in Medicine and Surgery at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. Following his internship, Dr. Bronner returned to Johns Hopkins and completed a Diagnostic Radiology Residency. He stayed on there and completed Fellowships in CT, US, MRI and Neuroradiology. During the course of his entire professional practice career, he has maintained a commitment to RIC. Dr. Bronner began his private practice career with RIC at Ingalls Memorial Hospital where he served as the Chief Medical and Operations Officer (2000-2001) as well as the Chairman of Radiology Services (1985-2000). From 2000 to 2005 he also worked with Team Health President of the Radiology Division. In 2005 he became the Chairman of Radiology Services at Advocate Christ Medical Center, and left in 2006 to begin the Kentucky branch of RIC. Jay is the CEO of RIC, a practicing radiologist, and continues to be involved in day to day operations, business development, strategy and clinical quality of the practice.

Perry Gilbert, MD -President
Dr. Gilbert earned his BS in Chemistry at University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana in 1979. He earned his medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School in 1983. Following medical school, Dr. Gilbert was a pediatric resident at Children's Memorial Hospital for one year. He then completed a four year residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Northwestern where he served as Chief Resident in his last year. Following radiology residency Dr. Gilbert completed a Fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology and Cross-Sectional Imaging at Northwestern in 1989. He has been an attending radiologist at Ingalls Memorial Hospital since completing his training. He has been Chairman of the radiology department at Ingalls since 2001. He is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology and holds a certificate of added qualification in Vascular and Interventional Radiology. Perry’s leadership is vast and he is involved in the clinical strategies, growth, physician leadership development and financial stability of the practice.



Tara McKennie - COO
Tara earned an AAS in Diagnostic Radiology (1997), a BS in Health Care Administration (1998) both from Southern Illinois University and an MBA (2009) from Bellarmine University. Tara began her healthcare career as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator of a 90 bed pediatric developmental disability facility. In 2002 she transitioned into an acute care setting as the Senior Manager of Operations for Diagnostic Imaging. As a Major in the United States Air National Guard, Tara's military career ranges from Nutritional Medicine to Health Services Administration. Her experience with change management, organizational development, strategic planning, project management, and human resources, have contributed to RIC's success and growth since 2006.

Jennifer Beaumont - CIO
Jennifer has an extensive clinical and technical background in both Cardiology and Radiology services. She earned her BSN in 1996 from St. Xavier University while working in the Cardiac Cath Lab. In 2000, she transitioned to a role as a Systems Analyst for Cardiology and presented in 2002 at the ACC’s Annual Scientific Symposium. Jennifer advanced in 2003 into the role of Corporate Imaging Director for a large multi-hospital organization. Jennifer had several years of consulting experience in Digital Imaging, Electronic Documentation and Computerized Data collection before joining RIC in 2006.

Michael Farinas DeLeon - Director, IT
Mike began working with RIC in May of 2011 and comes to the team with 16+ years of experience in health care. His specialty is in the connectivity of technical systems and modalities, but he has extensive knowledge of workflow, reporting, storage and data organization for both Cardiology and Radiology applications. Mike received his formal education at Elmhurst College in Illinois, but was trained in technology and troubleshooting while serving in the United States Navy. He brings a unique perspective to the organization through his experiences as a health care vendor, consultant, provider and independent contractor. He prides himself on his great customer service skills and superior work ethic and looks forward to the task of keeping his customers satisfied with RIC systems and services.

Paul Olesek - Director, Operations (Central Region)    

Paul earned an AAS in Diagnostic Radiology and practiced as a radiologic technologist before becoming a Departmental Manager in a south Chicago hospital. Paul spent several years as a manager and eventually transitioned to private practice as a Practice Manager with RIC.  Paul has been in the field of radiology management, both hospital and private practice, for more than 30 years. He has been with RIC since 1992 and has enjoyed the diversity and overall growth of the practice.

Leah McCarty - Director, Operations (Southern Region)
Leah comes to RIC with over 20 years experience as a healthcare clinician and practice manager. She was originally trained as a sonographer and was eventually cross-trained to be a mammographer. Leah became the manager of an out-patient women’s imaging program in Kentucky where she successfully obtained the first ACR accreditation for mammography in her area.  With RIC, Leah currently manages the day to day operations within the state of KY.  Her knowledge, organizational expertise, and professionalism have contributed to the success of RIC since 2007.

Rose Arnold - Administrative Manager (Central Region)
Rose earned her BS in Biology from Maricrest College, in Davenport Iowa. She has a broad range of experience in healthcare including working as a Registered Dietician and seven years in hospital administration. Before joining RIC, Rose managed a busy orthopedic practice for several years. While managing the group she developed and instituted an electronic medical record system. Her organizational skills and experience have been instrumental in growing our organization since 2005.

Audra Tapp - Administrative Manager (Southern Region) 

Audra comes to RIC with over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She earned her B.S. degree from Murray State University (2001) where she majored in Marketing. Audra has worked in various areas of healthcare management, including human resources, community/public relations as well as medical staff services.
